Fairway Cleaners is pleased to offer pickup and delivery services.

We will pickup from your home, office or any location with the supported geographic region. This makes your life easier and allows us to remain competitive as we don’t have to have regional retail stores.

Once you open an account with us you will receive your own garment bag to keep as long as you remain a customer. The garment bag is an attractive nylon bag with a drawstring. You simply put your dry cleaning/laundry into the bag and we pick it up from your requested location either on route twice a week or as per your specific request.

Your garment bag, with a new Order Form will be returned to you along with your clean clothes.

Here is how the Fairway Pickup and Delivery service works:

• You simply fill out the online form and you are registered as a customer.  Our customer service group will receive your request and give you a call back to arrange a time for pickup.  Once you are a registered customer, subsequent pickups can be made at locations you specify where you don’t even have to be present.   i.e front door with the garment bag, reception at office, condo main areas etc.
•  We will fill the form out with you the first time to show you how it works.  As part of this process, we will also ask you to indicate any stains, discolorations, rips, frays and identify them with notes.
• Next, our delivery team gets this order to our plant, where the order form is audited again to ensure accuracy along with reviewing the notes on stains, rips etc.  At this point if we are unclear about anything we will give you a call otherwise onto to next step.
• We check every item carefully. When we notice a rip, fray, stain, discoloration or missing button that you have not notified us of, we will contact you before we dry clean or undertake any repairs on your garment. If we think that removing a stain could cause discoloration or damage we will ask you for direction on how to proceed. While we make every attempt to meet your delivery needs, if we do have to contact you, it may affect your delivery time. We then proceed to finish laundering or dry cleaning as specified, pressing with the highest quality and bagging with clear sheets to protect the garments during transportation etc.
• Your items are returned to the designated drop-off location on your scheduled delivery day.
